Wyoming Wins NCAR Data Center

Cheyenne (in partnership with the state of Wyoming and the University of Wyoming) is the big winner of NCAR’s new high-performance computing data center estimated at $60 million.
Again, the economics of power, land, and fiber played a large role in the data center site selection. Expect more activity in Wyoming.
